Police obtained mobile phone and camera photographs from tourists who visited Lohagad Fort on June 18. The images proved that the victim Ketan Agrawal, main accused Siya Goyal, and Chetan Chaudhary were all present together at the scene during the time of the murder, completely exposing the false plot.
An eyewitness stated that Siya Goyal made mysterious gestures toward Chetan Chaudhary and kicked Ketan Agrawal hard. Immediately after, Chetan pushed Ketan directly toward the valley. When the witness confronted Chetan, the accused threatened him with death.
The Pune Rural Police have filed a comprehensive and detailed charge sheet consisting of 5,300 pages in court against the accused involved in the Ketan Agrawal murder case.
