To resolve technical difficulties with biometric fingerprint matching, the ST Corporation introduced an option allowing passengers to register using an OTP sent to the mobile number linked to their Aadhaar card.
Beneficiaries can visit the UIDAI website at http://www.uidai.gov.in, go to the My Aadhaar tab, click on Locate an Enrollment Center to find a nearby center, and then visit the center to complete the update form and biometrics.
Starting September 1, 2026, the National Common Mobility Card (NCMC) has been made mandatory for senior citizens and women passengers traveling by ST bus to receive travel concessions.
