Starting October 1, consumers must complete Aadhaar-based biometric authentication of their LPG connection to continue booking refills at the regulated subsidised price.
You can check your authentication status by viewing your consumer account on your respective LPG company's mobile app, or by contacting your LPG distributor directly to verify their records.
You will still be able to receive an LPG cylinder, but you will not be able to book refills at the regulated subsidised price until the Aadhaar authentication is successfully completed.
