•The transaction, valued at Rs 499.99 crore, was executed on Monday.
•K Raheja Corp Group maintains a significant presence in India's commercial real estate with brands like Mindspace, Commerzone, Crossword Bookstores, and Shoppers Stop.
•Mindspace Business Parks REIT, sponsored by Anbee Constructions LLP and Cape Trading LLP (K Raheja Corp Group entities), manages 36 msf of completed area and offers Grade-A business parks and data centers across major Indian cities.

Billionaire Chandru Lachmandas Raheja sold 99,00,990 units, which represents a 1.49 percent unitholding in Mindspace Business Parks REIT.

The transaction was executed at an average price of Rs 505 per unit, bringing the total transaction value to approximately Rs 500 crore.

Anbee Constructions LLP and Cape Trading LLP, both operating as part of the K Raheja Corp Group, were the sponsors of the REIT.
