Vehicular movement on the damaged section of NH-10 from 29 Mile to Robijhora will remain suspended every day from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning. These restrictions apply during the periods of October 5 to 17, October 23 to November 7, November 13 to December 24, December 26 to 31, and January 2 to 19, 2027, for essential repair work.
Due to hill-cutting work on the 3+530 to 3+630 kilometer stretch of NH-717A near Gilti Dara in McLeod and Lower Aho areas from October 5 to 16, the road will stay closed from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 4:30 PM, and 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM. Emergency service vehicles are completely exempted from these restrictions.
During the closure periods of NH-717A, heavy vehicles have been advised by authorities to use the Assam Lingzey Gate–Assam Lingzey–Shanti Turning–Pakyong Bazar route. Meanwhile, light and medium vehicles can utilize alternative options such as the Aho Gate–Upper Aho–Andheri Gate or Changey–Shanti Turning routes.
