Nand Baba Gaushala was started in January 2025 with a small resolution on government land in Amarapura village, Jaipur rural area. Today, it provides a safe shelter to more than 65 destitute cattle roaming freely in the village and surrounding regions.

The cowshed was inspired by Jai Gurudev follower and Mahant Nanda Baba Yadav of Nand Baba Ashram. Cow protector Kaluram Jhajharia and his team took the initiative to start it, with Kaluram personally handling daily cleaning, feeding, and medical care for the animals.

Seeing the cowshed's spirit of service and social concerns, the District Collector has taken the initiative to provide permanent land for it. Instructions have been issued to allocate the necessary land through the JDA to help organize and expand the facility.
