Following security checks at the Ram Temple, the NSG team inspected and conducted mock drills at major religious sites including Hanumangarhi and Kanak Bhawan.
The Uttar Pradesh government approved the free transfer of about 26 hectares, equivalent to 65 acres, of land in Milkipur tehsil to the Union Home Ministry for the new NSG regional center.
The NSG previously surveyed these two major temples and conducted a mock drill on security arrangements in the Hanumangarhi area back in 2024.
