According to the SCORE Intelligence opinion poll conducted between September 13 and October 14, 2026, the Aam Aadmi Party is projected to win between 69 and 82 seats out of the total 117 assembly seats in Punjab.
Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann leads the survey as the preferred choice for the next Chief Minister with 39.36 percent support, followed by Congress leader Charanjit Singh Channi at 15.61 percent and Akali Dal's Sukhbir Singh Badal at 10.42 percent.
Although the Aam Aadmi Party's seat projections remain well above the 59-seat majority mark, its estimated vote share is projected to drop to 38 percent from 42.01 percent recorded in the 2022 elections.
