Key Questions Answered
Producer Dinesh Vijan has indicated that 'Stree 3' is now planned for release in 2028, potentially around Independence Day or Christmas, rather than its initial August 2027 window.
The delay is due to director Amar Kaushik's current commitment to direct Maddock Films' big project 'Mahavatar', which he needs to complete by June before filming for 'Stree 3' begins late next year.
The 'Stree' franchise is a part of Maddock Films' horror-comedy universe, which also includes other films like 'Bhediya' and 'Munjya'.
