Key Questions Answered
The six-lane, signal-free elevated corridor will span approximately 6 kilometers, extending from the DND Flyway to Sector-60 in Noida. It will begin near the Rajnigandha underpass in Sector-3, pass over Master Plan Road-1 through Sector-10, the Sector-12/22 T-point, and Sector-57, before connecting directly to Master Plan Road-2 at Sector-60.
The project is estimated to cost around Rs 700 crore. Once open, it will reduce a congested 30-minute or longer peak-hour trip down to just 10 minutes by bypassing heavy traffic and red lights.
IIT Roorkee is preparing the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the project, which will cover technical construction details, soil testing, and the final cost breakdown before the tender process begins.
