Ganpati Visarjan: Central Railway to run 22 special local trains in Mumbai

•Central Railway will operate 22 special suburban train services for Mumbaikars during Ganpati Visarjan.
•These special trains aim to facilitate commuters returning home late at night during the festive period.
•18 services will run on the main line over the last three days of the festival, with 4 services on the Harbour Line on Visarjan day.
•Special local trains will operate between Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and Kalyan/Thane after midnight on September 23, 24, and 25.
•Additional services will be available on the CSMT to Panvel Harbour Line after midnight on September 25, halting at all stations.

Central Railway is operating a total of 22 special suburban train services for Mumbaikars during Ganpati Visarjan.

On the main line, special CSMT-Kalyan services are scheduled to depart at 1:40 AM and 3:25 AM after midnight on September 23, 24, and 25.

Special Harbour Line services between CSMT and Panvel will operate after midnight on September 25 and 26.
