Rajiv Adatia slammed Shehzad Poonawalla for calling Priyanka Chahar Choudhary a 'gold digger' following an argument inside the Rise & Fall palace, defending Priyanka as a self-made woman who has worked hard.
The argument began after Priyanka was eliminated from the race to become the Ultimate Ruler, leading Gautam Gulati to criticize her loyalty and Shehzad to join in, which prompted Priyanka to call Shehzad a man-child and caused him to retaliate with the 'gold digger' remark.
Priyanka broke down in tears over the remark, noting that she supports her family, and vented to Swara about how miserable Shehzad must have made Swara's life, vowing to slap him for the insult.
