The Delhi High Court granted bail to Mohd Shahzad Kamal after he spent more than five years in custody following his arrest in connection with an alleged ISIS-linked terror-funding case under the UAPA.
The National Investigation Agency alleged that Kamal entered into a criminal conspiracy to provide funds for the jihadi activities of Harkat-ul-Harb-E-Islam, an ISIS-affiliated outfit, and transferred money from Saudi Arabia to India between February 2017 and January 2019.
