Kochi Synagogue Arson Accused Linked to Two Prior Fire Incidents

Police sources revealed that Ebin Paul allegedly attempted to set fire to a building in Mekkappad, Muvattupuzha in January and March this year, and also targeted a used-car showroom in Muvattupuzha prior to the Kochi incident.
After completing five days of police custody, Ebin Paul was produced before the Ernakulam Judicial First Class Magistrate Court and remanded to judicial custody.
The Puthencruz police registered a separate case after seizing various drugs from Paul's residence, including heroin, oxycodone, fentanyl, alprazolam, and ketamine.
