Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta launched the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC) of the Delhi Pollution Control Committee to monitor pollution sources, construction sites, and enforcement activities across the city. Built at the DMRC IT Park in Shastri Park, the centre functions as a round-the-clock surveillance 'war room' during winter and monitors over 700 construction sites measuring more than 500 square metres.

The centre utilizes artificial intelligence-enabled cameras and CCTVs to monitor over 700 construction sites and will automatically alert departments and site owners if PM10 levels rise. Additionally, cameras will detect open waste and biomass burning, while inspecting officials wear body cameras to ensure transparency and accountability.

Following a Delhi Pollution Control Committee review showing that fine dust particles can pass through many current meshes, the DPCC made it mandatory for construction green nets to have a minimum thickness of 100 grams per square metre (GSM). Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa stated this requirement ensures nets effectively reduce dust pollution rather than just serving an appearance purpose.
